About the Journal

           It is well known that PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, the flagship institution of the PSG & Sons' Charities Trust stemmed from the seeds of vision, faith, and integrity sown by the legendary Sri P.S.Govindasamy Naidu. Since its inception in 1951, the college has endeavored to provide world-class education and professionalism to its students. As part of its technical activities, the in-house journal "TECHNOLOGY" was started in the year 1973, to publish the outcome of the research activities carried out in our campus. These technical papers are accepted for publication in "TECHNOLOGY " only after getting them reviewed by experts in the relevant field. 

            Thanks to the persistent efforts made by our Institution, this journal has received the ISSN Code (0973-1334) that in effort means that the journal can be considered as a refereed journal. With effect from 2005, it is planned to make "TECHNOLOGY" journal into a national journal so as to increase its distribution as well as to include contributions from other academic and research institutions also, so as to enhance the journal's technical content. This will also enable other educational institutions to contribute their research work for publication. 

            The journal has been made a quarterly Journal, planning to publish four Issues per year. Original research contributions and applications in all specializations of Engineering and Science are invited for the journal.
