Companies are invited to the college by the placement team.
To the responding companies, the details of the final year students opting for placement are sent, as per the requirements of companies
Mutually convenient date is finalized for campus recruitment.
After confirmation by the company, details of the recruitment drive are shared with students.
Eligible students interested in the drive apply for the recruitment drive by the company.
A pre-placement talk is arranged with the company and students.
State-of-the-art facilities suitable for the Pre-Placement Talk, Written Tests, Group Discussions and Activities & Personal Interviews are available for both virtual and in-campus modes.
If a company desires to hold online tests for the candidates, the arrangements will be made in virtual or in-campus mode with prior intimation.
The result is usually announced shortly after the selection process.

PSG College of Technology allows internship to be taken by students during their final or earlier semesters, to let students gain experience in a selected domain and to observe the best practices in industry.
We strongly believe that internship programmes give value addition to the student community, by getting them ready for addressing real world challenges in full time jobs.
Internship opportunities are provided by the individual departments with the approval of the concerned HODs and the Placement Section, as part of campus recruitment.
The internships at companies give value addition to the student community to make them ready for taking real world challenges when they take up job positions.
A student with just an internship offer will be allowed to participate in FTE or FTE+Internship recruitment drives from other companies. Per institution policy, a student must join the internship of the company offering both FTE and Internship, even if he/she has other internship-only offers. A student who has secured an internship-only offer, will not be allowed to participate in other internship-only recruitment drives.

Pickups/Drops from/to the Railway station or Airport can be arranged by the Placement Office on request for the company officials, if the place of stay is the institute guest house.
Accommodation can be arranged at the institute guest house on Prior intimation. In case the officials of the company wish to stay outside the campus, arrangements will be made on request.
